I have paid for my subscription box, how long will it take before i get my first box?

All subscription boxes are sent out on the last working day of the month, so you should receive your box soon thereafter.

How can i cancel my subscription box?

We are sorry to see you go and would be happy to discuss any feedback you have regarding the service. Please email your cancellation request to freddieandfliss@gmail.com at least 14 days before your next payment date, otherwise you will be charged and will receive your next box.

I have subscribed for a romance subscription box, but i would like a thriller this month, can i change my preference?

Yes, you can. Just send us an email on freddieandfliss@gmail.com and we can change the book inside your box.

What is your return policy for orders?

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging for a full refund.
